Chloe’s beautiful lilac wedding dress scattered with bees, flowers, and butterflies defines her wild, natural woodland wedding with Ben.
Costing Chloe just £30 in the sale from ASOS she’s proved beyond doubt that you can go your own way and find the perfect wedding dress to reflect your true style without the price tag.
“When we set our budget, I didn’t want a huge part of it to be about “the dress.” Chloe told us. “Yes, it’s a part of the day, but the day is to celebrate love and have fun with your nearest and dearest. I’d tried a dress on that was £1500+ and I didn’t feel special in it. Then I just started looking for occasion dresses on ASOS, who says it has to be a bridal gown. I found this dress, tried it on at home on my own, and face timed my best friend. We both cried, and it felt like such a special moment.”
“My advice to other brides would be don’t get worried about the “have to’s” on your wedding day, all you need is the groom. Everything else is just nice to have.”
“We are a relaxed couple, and the day wasn’t about formalities or traditions. It was about celebrating our new chapter with everyone we love. We made it our own, and it was the best day ever!!! “
Styling was a family and friends affair with the table flowers displayed by the Bridesmaids & Groomsmen. Rustic bunting and twinkling lights were draped across the beamed ceiling, wooden logs and hessian runners decorated the tables and a selection of cakes made the perfect ‘Bake Off’ table. Shout out to the hayfever suffering groomsman who travelled all the way from the florist to the venue with his car piled high with flowers, sneezing all the way!
