I create beautiful bespoke wedding cakes using the finest ingredients with handmade flowers and finishing touches to delight you and your guests

I am a perfectionist which I hope is reflected in the quality of my work. The beautiful sugar flowers on my cakes are handmade with a variety of styles and colours.

I learnt many of my skills from undertaking intensive training from a well known and respected Wedding Cake specialist in the West Midlands. She has taught around the world and I was lucky enough to spend precious time with her honing my skills and learning from the best.

I only use the finest quality ingredients for my cakes using superior quality chocolate and fondant to give my cakes  a professional finish.  The beautiful sugar flowers on my cakes are all handmade to order and customers can choose from a variety of styles and colours.

There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing the look on a customers face when they finally see their bespoke wedding cake.
