Romantic Weddings – Escape-to Destinations – Realistic Expectations
The aim of my blog is to offer space for madly in love couples planning authentic weddings. My readers are seeking unique spaces, special places and romantic destinations to host their wedding. They want ‘can do’ ideas and inspiration; beautiful, creative, romantic, realistic and achievable.
My readers are predominantly from across the UK but also the United States, Canada as well as Ireland, France & Italy. I am delighted to feature real weddings and shoots from across the UK and beyond.
Real Wedding Features
My goal is to help couples discover unique and special places and destinations to host their wedding day. I love beautiful flowers, pretty cakes and personalised details. I’m all about authenticity and being true to oneself. I’ll love a God made backdrop like the ocean or a pretty garden over something fake and contrived. I especially look for feature rich venues, romantic hideaways and unique spaces.
Send me happy loved up couples having fun and it goes without saying I welcome pro age, LGBTQIA+, all body shapes and sizes. I love to hear how a couple brought their vision to life so please make sure the couple are agreeable to be published before sending me the wedding. If the wedding is selected I’ll give you a set of questions for the happy couple to answer.

- What to send: WeTransfer and Dropbox both work for me BUT I prefer a link to the gallery. Don’t forget, submit the submissions form with details about your submission
- What happens next? I’ll be in touch within 7 working days to let you know if it’s the right fit. If so I’ll send you a short list of questions for you or your couple to answer.
Exclusivity – Real Weddings & Shoots
If your submission is accepted please agree not to submit it to another website or magazine until at least 8 weeks after publication by Insposa.
If the work has already been submitted to a third party but not yet green lit, you agree to inform them that there is a 8 week exclusivity after Insposa have published it.
It takes many hours to put a feature together and it’s soul destroying to put in all that work only to see it somewhere else before I’ve had chance to press ‘publish’ – I really do appreciate your understanding about this.
After publication
Social Shares – I’ll be sharing your feature across my social media channels so please share it across yours too.
Featured Badges – Add your new cool ‘featured on Insposa’ badge to your website and link back to us. Please share the feature to your socials and tag us in to share the love. Best link to use is: https://www.insposa.co.uk or link to your feature.
What happens if my submission is not accepted? I can’t wait to receive your submission and I am truly grateful to everyone who thinks of me. For a wide range of reasons it goes without saying I can’t feature every submission I receive, however wonderful they all are. This could be because I’ve just shared something similar or it’s simply not the right vibe for my reader. I’m always happy to give feedback if I do have to politely decline. But don’t let that stop you submitting something. It might be just what I’m looking for.
