About Kelmarsh Hall & Gardens
We're back at the beautiful Kelmarsh Hall & Gardens for another event of wedding inspiration. We're delighted to once again be working in partnership with this superb team. Doors open on Sunday 07 April 2024 when we'll invite couples to come and explore this beautiful house and gardens and meet a selection of wonderful local wedding suppliers offering truly bespoke ideas and inspiration for their wedding day.
Kelmarsh Hall offers very versatile space for a small to medium size wedding in the house (100 day guests rising to 170 evening guests) or larger weddings in a marquee or tipi in the grounds. The gardens are their pride and joy so you'll find plenty of gorgeous backdrops for instagram shots. In the house the reception rooms are perfectly designed for entertaining guests whether in the Ballroom or Saloon plus there's the charming Orangery for more intimate weddings - a beautiful spot to say 'I Do'.
About the event
The Wedding Fair will be held on Sunday 07 April 2024. Doors open 11am until 2pm with set up from 9.30am. Exhibitors will be located in the main house, namely the Entrance Hall, Saloon & Ballroom. There is also space for showcasing outdoor games and activities on the circular lawn outside the main steps and space for cars outside the main entrance.
How to book
Please note - stands are sold subject to availability so we will check your category upon receipt of your form and confirm whether or not we are able to offer you a space. A 40% deposit will be required to secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the event
