HOW IT WORKS
If you have never worked with us before please complete our Business Enquiry Form in the first instance.
Complete the booking form (links above) for your preferred event(s) and we will check availability for your category. A 40% deposit is required to secure your space with the balance payable 8 weeks before the fair. After receipt of your deposit we will send you information on set up times, ready made promo graphics for your socials and links to our ticket registration page.
DEPOSITS
All stands are sold subject to availability. We will check availability for your category at your chosen event(s) and if space is available we will send you an invoice. A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your stand will remain on sale until we have received your deposit. Balance invoices will be sent out around 6-8 weeks before the event.
PAYMENTS
Payment for your space can be made online with Debit or Credit Card or by BACS. You will see a Pay Invoice button on the invoice for online payments. Alternatively you can use our bank details for BACS payments.
ARTISANS
We have reserved a small number of reduced price stands for local ‘small price point’ businesses e.g. wedding favours, crafts, home made chocolates etc. If you would like to find out if you qualify for an artisan space please call EJ on 07730 408971
