The Natalya James Bridal Boutique in Ampthill, Bedfordhshire offers both bespoke, locally designed wedding dresses plus a collection of bridal gowns from international designers.
We’ve known Natalie Wrightson, founder and bridal designer at Natalya James, for many years having been proud to have her as a regular exhibitor at our wedding fairs. We’ve seen her own label go from strength to strength over the years including her exciting debut this year at bridal fashion‘s ultimate event, London Bridal Week. Natalie’s boutique in Ampthill offers the best of both worlds for brides because alongside her own bespoke, designer dresses she also stocks wedding dresses from other renowned international bridal designers including Pronovias and Wendy Makin.
“Our new bridal boutique is located in Ampthill, Bedfordshire.” says Natalya. “Within the premises of our boutique is our studio where all Natalya James bridal pieces are carefully constructed by hand for each bride. All brides who visit Natalya James receive one on one consultations and a bespoke service, making the journey to find an exquisite and dream wedding dress personal to each bride.”
The Natalya James label was initially launched as a bespoke bridal wear company but 2018 saw the launch of her debut ‘Mabel Alexandra’ collection. Having graduated with a masters in Fashion with Business on an MDes course at the University of Brighton, Natalya has gained experience in several high profile companies including Suzie Turner, Anna Sui and Diane Von Furstenburg in New York.

“My passion for design began at an early age, first learning garment construction, embroidery and embellishment techniques from my mother, a professional embroiderer. Having grown up sewing, I have over 10 years experience in garment construction and set up my own business in order to create that perfect design, working with every client I create a garment which is unique and personal to each individual.”
